Fiat Chrysler Automobiles - The North American automobile company, founded in 1924, has been under the control of the Italian concern Fiat since the spring of 2014. The CEO of the company is also the chief executive officer of the Fiat concern. After the merger with Chrysler, the Fiat board of directors decided to create a new unified automotive company Fiat Chrysler Automobiles with headquarters in the Netherlands. Today, the concern produces cars of the brands Chrysler, SRT, RAM, Dodge and Jeep, and earlier Plymouth, DeSoto, Imperial and Eagle, a variety of components.
