The procedure for returning an order made by you
All products and goods produced by us and presented on the website must be installed in specialized tuning centers that have experience in installing, fitting and fine-tuning parts and products made of fiberglass and polyurethane (as a rule, in most cases, an ordinary CAR service is unable and UNABLE to carry out these types of work).
1. Products and parts that were in operation and were not installed on the car (due to illiteracy, etc.) ARE NOT SUBJECT to RETURN in any case!
2. If the products and parts in your subjective opinion are "crooked" or "oblique", or not what you imagined (...changed your mind, did not understand, did not hear, or did not want to hear, did not warn) are subject to return only in one single case-a MANUFACTURING defect (you need to send confirmations: photos, videos, etc.). In this case, the return of products is made at the expense of the customer!
Conditions for the exchange and return of goods of proper quality
The product must not have any traces of operation, its packaging, presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well as all documents received from the seller (receipts, warranty card, operating instructions) must be preserved.
If a gift was attached to the product, it must be transferred together with the product, while the gift must also have no traces of operation, its presentation, consumer properties, seals and factory (native) packaging must be preserved.
You can exchange the purchased product of proper quality for a similar product of the same value or for another model, paying the difference in price to the store.
When returning or exchanging goods of proper quality, if the need for a return or exchange arose not through the fault of the online store, but at the request of the client, or as a result of an incorrect (incompetent) order of the goods, the transport costs and costs associated with the exchange and return are borne by the buyer.
The return of goods of proper quality can be made by the consumer within 7 days from the date of purchase (receipt) of the goods (In accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights Protection and the Rules of Remote Trading).
The return and exchange of goods cannot be made by courier service (since the Service employees do not have the qualifications to make a decision on the legality of the return), but is made at the company's office on working days and hours. The Client is obliged to declare his desire to return or exchange the Goods in advance.
In accordance with Article 26.1.4 of the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection", which states: The consumer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it, our online store is ready (but not obliged) to accept back the goods included in this group, by a separate agreement with the Buyer.
When the Buyer pays for the Goods by wire transfer to the Seller's bank account, the refund is carried out by the online store within 7 banking days to the Buyer's Bank Account provided by the Buyer (for this, the Buyer needs to have or open an Account of an Individual in any Bank).
Conditions for the exchange and return of goods of improper quality
Replacement or return of goods with a hidden manufacturing defect (a significant disadvantage) detected during operation is carried out on the grounds and within the time limits established by the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection".
For the exchange of goods of improper quality, it is necessary to have the conclusion of an authorized service center. Based on this conclusion, at your request, we will exchange this product for a similar one, or refund the money paid for it. At the same time, the costs associated with the exchange or return are borne by the online store.
If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it is established that its shortcomings were caused by the Buyer's fault, the law provides for the Buyer's obligation to reimburse the costs associated with the examination, as well as transport costs associated with the exchange and return.
Please note that the delivery of non-oversized (up to 5 kg) goods to the service center and back must be carried out by the Buyer.
The return or exchange of goods of improper quality is carried out free of charge.

If, when considering your request for the return of the goods, it is found that the goods were in operation, have defects (cracks, scratches, chips, mechanical damage, except for hidden manufacturing defects), are in incomplete configuration or not in the original packaging, then the exchange/refund will not be made.
